YOUNG GENERATION INDONESIA

The honorable all of the  teachers and to all of my friends, ladies and gentlemen.

My name is Angellee Gloria Lingga and my name is Angelica Aprilianti Sihotang

So we both will deliver story telling about "Youth Generation Indonesia".

First of all, let us thank to God, because of his blessings upon us. Amien!

In this chance both of we would like to tell our speech about the Indonesian 75th Independence Day.

In 75 years this nation we have a freedom. What do you think about this day? Have you give the best for Our Country? Do you feel You have make your country better?? If you don’t , you should correction yourself . This is Indonesia , this is our country where we live and where we born.  We as young generation defend our country not from colonizer , we don’t use gun or sharpened Bamboo to against them.

Did you feel Indonesia is decreasing nation’s character?, there are our responsibility to solve this problem. Why there are many corruption , and our economy still under standart of world GDP ? If we let this condition for long time, what will happens? Our nation will broken, the worst is Indonesia will lost. Indonesia country just in history or we can say just story.

 Blood had been sacrificed by our heroes, our people, so that the freedom could be realized. in 75 years already, we have built this country. In sadness and happiness, in hope and despair, in fate and love. our country is one of the biggest nation with the richness of its cultures. In this 75th Independence Day we should think. Think of how our country should be in the future.

Every year on 17th August, Indonesian celebrate the Independence Day. It’s very fun. There are a lot of contest, like Panjat Pinang, spoon marbles, eating kerupuk  and so on.  But right now we can't do these things, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Will it weaken our spirits? Will we continue to grieve because of conditions like this? With this technological era, we don't need to be afraid, because we can still take advantage of technology. 

By creating a competition to celebrate Indonesia's independence even through online networks, like what we are currently doing. And in Istana Merdeka, they are having ceremony. it is a symbolic of nationality in indonesia has been increase. nasionality is our body without Nasionality indonesia cann't be strong there will be many war because of diferrence.

We are as young generation must have a spirit And, we’re as the student, we have to keep and make better our country, because it’s my couttry , your country, and our country.

 

Maybe enough from both of us. Sorry If we had some mistakes, because human are not perfect
